Joining our team of 20 in our Sydney studio, the role involves working independently, under the guidance of a Project Architect, on all phases of project delivery from concept design, detailed architectural and interiors documentation and contract administration. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Working alongside the Creative Director and Project Architect, on development of the design from concept, documentation through to site phase; 

• A focus on developed and detail design, construction drawing and documentation; technical product research, specification and documentation

• Co-ordination of consultant’s work including mechanical, electrical, structural, town planner;

• Leading all administration and documentation required for statutory approvals; co-ordination and liaison with the client team; contractors, consultants day to day project administration and management including filing, collating and issuing drawing and documentation

• Graduate architect with 5 years plus experience in high-end residential projects with a detailed knowledge of architecture and interiors.
