The position we offer will involve:
Day-to-day operation of the practice after a lead-in period
Management of staff and projects
Taking an active role in securing commissions, preparing and overseeing design work, documentation and contract administration
Reporting to the Director
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
Having at least 10 years post-graduate experience with at least 5 years of that at Senior Architect level within an Australian architectural practice
Eligibility for registration with the Board of Architects of Tasmania and hold a current and unrestricted licence in the Architect category within Australia
Detailed knowledge of statutory and regulatory frameworks and processes in Tasmania
Detailed knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
High level competency design skills
High level competency with MS Office suite and ArchiCAD software
