We are looking for an exceptionally talented, driven & hard working Architect to join our team and take on a Project Architect role in our Florence Street - Nightingale 1 - Brunswick studio.

It is a great, long-term position with a huge potential for growth and experience.

We are currently embarking on a multiple of projects anywhere from 27m2 to 5000m2 with budgets from $500k to $20mil.

Our projects are diverse and exciting.

Our primary project base is in Education.

We only take on a select few residential projects a year.

Must have Experience in:

- Design Development & Exceptional Construction Documentation skills

- Contract Administration and Project Delivery

- Ability to take ownership of projects, work independently at times & work closely with directors

Experience Needed:

You’ll need to program effort, delegate & guide others and manage profitability, but you also like to be hands on.

That said, you don't mind learning from others, sharing knowledge and being transparent and collaborative.

Your background could be in institutional or complex residential, but predominantly multi-res probably wouldn’t translate well.

We imagine the ideal person we're looking for is already in a similar multi-skilled and responsible role, feels it's time for a change and wants a collegiate environment that will expose them to the makings from which to consolidate Associate level experience.

Technical skills would include an efficient familiarity with Autocad, Sketchup and ideally Archicad and a real world construction savvy gained in Australia.
